Not so fast my friend.if this subsidized ride turns College Football into Carthage after the 3rd Punic War, then there won't be anything left over. Leaving things up to allow the market to correct itself doesn't ever take into account blatant manipulation of the market and it's long lasting effects on screwing up the dynamic to the detriment of the entire system at large.
