With Lawson, Sargent, Peoples, Butler and Green we utilized all aspects of the passing game. Peoples was used on screens, shallow crossing routes and intermediate routes over the middle. Lawson and Surgent were our deep threats and went vertical very often. Butler was our possession receiver. Green was in the slot often, seam routes and fades is where he saw most of his receptions.

We rarely see the shallow crossing routes, the use of the middle of the field or the use of the TE. For the past two seasons we have run isolation routes/one read routes that rely on athleticism instead of scheme or true route concepts designed to create holes in the defense. Our passing game is terrible when it should be our strength.
