Exactly my thoughts. Get undercenter and fall for a yard

You and I are seeing different things I guess. Sure, do we run some plays outside more than against Boise? Yes but that doesn't mean its much. Fact is we are killing ourselves doing this because we aren't taking advantage our running backs talents. Calais is not a guy who should be punching the ball up the A gap and neither is Hoggins.

On a side note, why is Ray not running that ball on 4th down? Please don't say its because he has a fumble today. Jennings has 3 turnovers and he's still in there. Ray is special and he should be showing it much more.

I can't wait until next season is over so we MIGHT get rid of Captain smedium.

That's crap. This defense is not Alabama. McGuire's best run of the game came on a guard pull to the outside.

Yep. With McGuire clearly not at 100%, I don't think he has the speed or agility to run outside and make the hard cut up the field right now.

Jennings is obviously too slow also. Weird that he was a top dual threat QB coming out of high school. Certainly doesn't show on the field

So, again. Did you see his longest run of the game? Sure looked good to me.....And on the outside. Please don't tell me we don't have the speed. Being limited, he certainly doesn't have the "power" to try to grind out big gains up the middle if he's limited.

I've been wondering this all year. Can Jennings not handle a snap under center? Or do they just never practice this? I mean he's a fairly big guy for a QB. Every guy on the O-line is 300+ lbs. Snap it and push. Frick. I don't understand

Credit where due. #16 T. Crawford is the only DB that's not afraid to come up and make a tackle. I like this kid. All of the other defensive backs chase angles.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to have this in their gameplan. At all. Running a playaction bootleg from under center would be glorious as well.
