With the exception of a handful of statistical categories looks like we did really well against georgia. We had better offensive stats against them than bama had against chatanooga

Turnovers (Which apparently we all know are not important) and the couple of brain farts at the beginning of the game with the poor kick coverage and allowing the long TD early killed us. Played well outside of that although I do think the overall offensive stats may possibly be misleading since a good chunk of our yardage came in garbage time late.
We did play more competitively than I expected yesterday. I also have to give credit to a unit of which I have been a harsh critic and that is the OL. I think they showed improvement in their performance yesterday and that is encouraging going forward. In order to gain over 400 yards on an SEC team, that unit has to play with some competence. The two fourth down stops were exceptions of course. On the one in which Jennings carried the ball, I believe he was the victim of a poor spot.
