VO, a little more size in the backcourt. That should help.
T, I think his players as a group have pretty good skills; they are just undersized to compete against decent teams, especially at the 2 and 3 positions. These 5'8" and taller guards with legit guard skills could make his team much better than what we have been seeing, and give us a legitimate shot at being competative against the better teams we play. Now he needs to start scheduling OOC to improve our RPI.
I think that is the point I was trying to make VO, the last two classes he has moved in that the direction. Jasmine Thomas the PG signed last season is 5-7, but she was offered by good programs like Little Rock, SMU and Louisiana Tech. On the average, his backcourt signees in the last two classes have been 3"-5" taller then his first few classes. If they are 3 *** Star recruits, they should help you defeat good programs.
