Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball coach Bob Marlin announced that Cedric Russell (Alexandria, La.), one of the top-rated players in the state of Louisiana, has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to play for the Ragin' Cajuns beginning in the 2017-18 season.
