The previous version couldn’t be downloaded due to a Windows Store bug (error 0x8024000E). Now it has been fixed releasing the app with a new Windows Store name, “devRant unofficial UWP“, and then it has a new Windows Store url. Changelog (v1.2.0.0): Implemented Stories; PC & Holographic support; Windows Store bug (error 0x8024000E) bypassed.
