He used a player they put in at corner to explain the game. And by identifying that player as someone mistakenly placed, even by the staff, in the game... is throwing the player out in the public as a failure. So yes, he is throwing him under the bus.

If the guy is green and not prepared for the assignment or have the experience yet, then the boss did screw up and I do not see that as throwing the guy under the bus, in my opinion that is on the boss, but again we will probably just have to agree to disagree on this topic

Agree 100% with this. I thought this game could be a humbling moment....but not seeing it either. I want to see Hud completely melt down and show me that he really cares about these loses and this not "business as usual"...show me you still have the passion coach. Show me you will turn this ____ show around. We've had enough of the coach speak and the players will too.
