What baffles me the most is how our recruiting hasn't gotten any better than this. How can you not recruit to the APC and four straight 9-win seasons and bowl wins? Besides doing a lousy job of coaching, recruiting has not improved since Hud got here, and it seems to have gone downhill.

Time to play Davis and see what he can do. Jennings ain't doing it.

But my point is he does a fine job with Academics and he has overseen massive campus updates and expansion. He allows Farmer to run athletics. I see the problem as coming from the AD's office. Not from the President's office

Best Freshmen high school QB in the state in attendance with his team and more coaches from other teams. UL didn't land (not sure how hard he was recruited) his cousin who's now a RS-Fresh receiver at La Tech. Another cousin who a coach also in attendance. And UL lays a huge egg like always. Anyone surprised?

Most state have 2 or 3 colleges that you really compete against in recruitING. Thanks to huey long who placed a college on every corner in louisiana yiy have multiple div 1 schools some of which really should be junior colleges the pool of players gets diluted. Example Mississippi has three major schools who compete for a pool of players how many div 1 schools does LA have

I like Hud, I want this team to succeed badly, but this is embarrassing. I don't know any fan buying his hype. I can't imagine what the players think.
