He's pretty fast. Certainly fast enough. IMO he is a little indecisive and that of course leads to his problems.

He isn't fast enough to run or pass if we can't block... and I don't know if everyone has actually paid attention to what happened before we expected Jennings to do something great... no one else on the team was doing anything great. That's why the limited football coaching brain says, "put in a QB that can run... and pound those little RBs until maybe... if God loves me... they'll run for some yardage.

He is about as fast as haack. I guess fast is in the eye of the beholder.
