Abbeville may be getting two new businesses in the next month.

At Tuesday’s City Council meeting, the Council had a request from Rozdale Properties, LLC to be incorporated into the city limits.

Rozdale is constructing a car-wash business on La. 14 next to Maxi-Mart on the east end of Abbeville.

The car-wash is not in the city limits along La. 14 and would not be able to get city utilities. But after Tuesday night, the business will be able to connect to city utilities if it elects to. Construction has already begun on the car-wash.
