31Ragin97 seems to be missing the point. In Louisiana unless you are a law enforcement officer you CANNOT carry a gun (open or concealed) on a school campus.

To add to that....if this person was carrying off campus and was licensed conceal carry he would still be in violation. The law is pretty clear. You open carry in clear view (properly holstered) or you conceal carry with no view of the firearm.
