Nixon is doing a pretty good job so far. Threw a couple of short passes and keeping the defense honest by being dual threat.
This is how we had winning season with Gauthier and Broadway.
Not saying Nixon is comparable. But we need dual threat

EXACTLY! If Nixon was a QB then the staff would not have moved him to RB in the spring. They didn't have confidence in him then so why should we have confidence in him now.

Some people have been saying for two years that our team is going backwards. The issue is why did we give him a contract with such a huge buy out? He was never the reason our team was good but the man at the top gets the credit. He somehow has been able to deflect the blame.

I am canceling my Acadian Home Security this week and telling them I will bring it back when they choose to remove Hud as their Team Green spokesman.

The buyout is bogus. The contract says if he's fired without cause, the buyout comes into play. If he goes 4-8 again, that's just cause to fire a coach.

Plus, he'd never sue the school over it. It would not stand up in court.

We need a local football and a local basketball coach. Look at baseball, softball, and now women's basketball. We have several local coaches who could do just as well as Hud and several who could out coach Marlin by a long shot. The question is do we trust Scott Farmer to hire a local or will he go out searching for "wonder boy" again?

I agree. AJ was a bust. I was skeptical, but I expected more from him. Most of the passes he did complete, were just jump balls that the receivers go up and make plays on
