There is no structure going behind third base bleachers. There will be the deck that goes over the clubhouse. Supports for the deck were accounted for including a couple that go through the clubhouse.

I'm sure we will flip games with them.

How 'bout we play over there and let them pay back the trip during football season?

As an addendum, the clubhouse will be inaccessible until all construction work is completed. Until then, I would assume baseball will probably continue to work out of the Cox center.

This is the back end of the deal we put together last season. We picked up a midweek game with them over there in the middle of the season due to other lost games. Hopefully we get it in our park, but we'll see

The new structure is being built on top / around the clubhouse

Actually, unless things were changed we were told there will be structural support members for the new bleacher decks inside the current clubhouse structure.

141 days if the opener is a home game at the Tigue on Feb. 17th......about 4.5 months. They will have to put a crew in each one of those holes and don't let them out until their job is completed, (in those holes).

Good thing the Cox building hasn't been torn down yet, it's Scott Fubar's back up plan for everything!

Comment straight from the jobsite, "This job wouldn't be past half complete if certain people wouldn't have drug their feet". We all know who those people are and it's nobody in the baseball program.

I am not totally sure, but it looked like the baseballers are using the old football training room for coaches offices and I am not sure about the rest!!!

Too many variables. Weather, holidays etc. Come on, you know better than that. The fact remains, our ineptitude has put this project way behind.

We'd be lucky to occupy if real work started June first.
