Take last year for instance....McNeese 123rd, USL 141st...
Again, in the words of Bill Maher...."You can look this ____ up, ya know?"

Just when you think things couldn't get any more childish..........
Gets lonely out on the farm late at night.
Well, let's look at it another way. From 2006 thru 2015, UL has finished ranked higher than McNeese in 8 of the past 10 years (as should be expected). The only 2 years that McNeese finished ranked above UL was 2007, when McNeese lost the 1-AA Championship game and UL finished 3-9. McNeese also was ranked higher that same year only because the Cowboys upset the Cajuns (Cowboy fans obviously recall that game). Then, last season, it took a perfect 10-0 record (although against lesser competition) for McNeese to overcome the 4-8 record posted by UL. The bottom line is that when UL puts together even a below average year of 4-8, 5-7 or even 6-6, unless McNeese goes 10-0, they will not be ranked above the Cajuns in todays world of college football as everyone who is objective knows there is an overall difference between the FBS schools and 1-AA schools. But, the Cajuns should be well aware that when playing the Cowboys upsets can, and do, sometimes happen when if the team does not come out ready to play.
Uh...in 2007, we didnt' make it out of the first round of the playoffs...even after taking a knee on the Cajun 12 yard line to run out the lock instead of making the score 45-17...which should probalby tell you all you need to know about the caliber of FCS playoff teams.
Oh wait. Nevermind. Perenial playoff teams App State and Georgia Southern are owning you league a mere two years into joining the conference.
You already have first hand knowlege of playoff caliber FCS teams.
I'll give this...you fight gamely for a guy with a room temperature IQ. I mean, you're wrong on fundamental facts, but you do it with a plucky attitude.
That's endearing...
The only experience I have with McNeese football is being on the UL football staff that took a team to Lake Charles in 1986 and broke our foot off in your asses. That should have been the last time UL played you in Football. Why UL would schedule a politically backstabbing dumpster fire College like yours is beyond me. UL is supposed to win this game. If UL does not, I would fire the AD for scheduling this game because UL has nothing to gain by doing what it's supposed to do. Now you may return to whatever it is you are doing here.
