Recently you played "for" Louisiana, this week you are playing "against."

    How historically ironic.

John T. McNeese (Son of schools namesake) played against, then for Louisiana.

Just goes to show you that the level of competition in the FCS playoffs is fairly high...certainly tougher than beating up on a Slum Belch team...
So your version of "turning the corner" is a good showing in the mighty FCS playoffs? Now, that's what I call standards!

Actually, it extends much further than that. Where do you think Vacherie gets it's name from?

Also, much of that farming (especially rice) and ranching was influenced by the Spanish and Germans...

But enough of all that ____. What the ____ does any of this bull____ have to do with football?

What do I know about victory? Let's see....bowl victories in the past four out of five seasons, consistent national rankings in softball and baseball, a recent MBB berth in the NCAA tournament. I think all of this trumps your first round FCS playoff curtain call.

Your point? McNeese was not even a school then.

Lmao! And I wouldn't call it playing "for" ULL when I was just trying to have some fun with you guys.

I love how that little bull____ you shared tries to spin it as if SLII was some great school. It was probably the closest to home.

Nothing. I wasn't talking about football programs. I was questioning the very reason for your city and university's existence. That's all.

They can't talk about football. They're scared we'd bring up the smoke and mirrors scheduling and point out that the ONLY reason they went from 6-5 to 8-3 was because the quit playing as many money games and as many decent teams and - instead - loaded up on weak sister Gang of 3 Schools and even weaker FCS schools like Nicholls, Nwstrn (while they're down) and Southern.

Go back to scheduling with balls, like they did before Hud, and they'd have the exact same results...
