We will play next weekend. Either we will kick mcneese's ___ and nobody will care but us, or hud will lay anoer egg and put a nail in his coffin....and nobody will care but us. We have all been maneuvered into irrelevance to all but the diehards.

The difference between a good FCS school and lower G3 is minimal. They have less scholarships and a smaller budget....but are able to land talent that washes out at much larger schools due to transfer rules. I fully expect a competitive game. UL should be beyond that now, but for a variety of reasons (mostly self inflicted) we are not.

In other news....the meltdown in BR is enjoyable. There is a German word for that.

They want to move up to the Southland. They are upgrading their campus spending $300 million and spending another $27 million on their football stadium. They have over 13.000 students. They brought their band, dance line and 400 or so fans. It's Texas, endless amounts of money when it comes to football. Look at the waste that is Texas State.

Bull____. We've played the same number of money games every year and have played more MAC and SEC schools since Hud got here. We've actually replaced the NWST and North Alabama's with the likes of Kent St, Akron and Ohio. We've just had more wins in conference than before and have done better OOC outside of the money games.

All of our bowl games. They were all against teams viewed as superior to us with the exception of Tulane. Unfortunately, we save our best performances for bowls instead of bringing that same type of mentality to every game.
