Gotta say, you had it nailed preseason bud.
    Worst accomplishment ever.

Do you really believe App St has enough "studs" on defense to dominate an above average SEC team? Because they don't. The commentators raved the entire game about how well coached, well prepared and sharp game plan that App St had produced.

We talked about this ad nasieum last year. A player can not use his ability of he's constantly thinking about what and where he needs to be. This goes back to preparation. Our last game was what, late November, early December of last year? From that moment, this ____ing staff should have been laser focused on AT VERY LEAST fielding a competent team. A competitive team. Instead, it was a 4 hour clinic on how NOT to show up game 1.

Eli up the middle, bubble screen, swing pass, 5 wide QB sneak. That was the gameplan. That was the ENTIRE freaking gameplan. And btw, why in the hell are we running up tempo? Those kids had no idea what they were supposed to do.
Imagine what App States coach could do with Elijah McGuire.

It appears that some of those P5 teams made the right choice in passing on Hud, and I'm thinking we overpaid to keep him from going to TOOlame. Has anyone considered tooLAME does not make smart football coaching choices very often.

I'm one of the fools who was glad we outbid TooLame that day, seems like I was wrong.

Hindsight as always is 20/20. Same as it was with Farmer...and Savoie...and Marlin.

Yes, but you realize TooLame is the canary in the mind shaft, and the fact they were bidding him up should have been fair warning.

We were so hungry for a winner, we didn't see the dead birds on the ground.

----Well one guy that was there yesterday as usual--NIXON---just did his job on the punt team and got the first downs when needed and the best is that on being taken out he reaches his hand out to Jennings reentering the game---great to see team players like that!!!

He did nothing...and was played out of position by an ego maniac who couldn't coach a pee wee team to a W.

---Go back and read the quote----He did his job and extended himself as a team guy---no more or less, just his role in yesterday's game!!!

If he was a team guy, he would beg Hud to move him to running back.

Now we are excited about a college athlete high giving his teammate a high five? Boomer, I usually try to give you the benefit of the doubt bc I know how much you love UL but this comment makes you look very silly.
