I'm sure there will be plenty of Boise fans at the game from this area from Houston to mobile...good programs with a strong brand have fans everywhere. They won't all be from Idaho.

I'm guessing this is/was sarcasm. But the production trucks and the Cox deal are two completely different deals.
We were set to purchase two or three true 4K UHD broadcast production trucks and additional equipment for $3-4 million. This would allow us to produce our own broadcast and sell it to any network who wanted to carry our games to fill time slots. ESPN would still receive the broadcast as well.
This would have allowed us to broadcast any athletic event we wanted without restrictions. It could also be used to create a broadcast journalism curriculum and tie into academics. So many possibilities.
