I would not be surprised if McNeese walked out with the W.

this would be a major nail in Huds coffin.. That loss would be unforgivable. The only way to compare our program is going up against the georgia's of the world as well as in state opponents. The damage done would be catastrophic. I for one have not forgotten our 2 losses to tech and to throw Mcleast in would be something I could not forget. Gents, Mcleast has D1 cast offs too and they have talent. But this had better be a 17 point victory or more. Otherwise Hud needs to refund some money .
Man I can't take Schultz serious. That dudes voice annoys the s..h..i..t out of me. He reminds me of a politician who says anything to gain popularity.
PS: I don't listen to jay walker either.
This. There is nothing that could tell me that we will all of a sudden become some sort of offensive juggernaut that can score 50 points on anybody, regardless of their conference. McNeese will always have the highest of motivation to beat us, in our house, and I hope we can match it which is Hud's job to do.
And all this talent took the college football world by storm last year with 4 wins. 4! I do agree that our talent level is much better than it was in 07 but lets not make this out to be something it isn't.....which is another game we need to prepare well for to win. This will not be some stepover game in which our starters are on the bench in the 3rd quarter.
One thing that he ignores in his rant is what McNeese has done against FBS competition the last 4 or 5 years.
Of course, the past doesn't mean much. This is a new McNeese team with different players, new coaching staff, new QB, some inexperienced offensive linemen and some players that will sitting out suspensions for the game.
It doesn't look good for us.
Doc
And we have too many question.. New Qb, O line, a talented ( at least on paper ) secondary. ANd then there's Hud. Will he be the "enlightened" Hud or the die by the self indulged belief that his way is right (see Les Miles). As for the Boise game, well i'm not buying it. After we got smacked by the razorbacks when we all thought we stood a chance, my money is on the same team that gets skull drugged . Hud has to prove me wrong.
We are in no position to overlook anybody, especially a team that won 10 games last year.
