Where are they getting their water?
LUS via contracts. Hence, the City of Lafayette.
That whole name meeting was disgusting. "We pay more taxes than you". Didn't see anyone from Lafayette demanding anything regarding the name.
With every cut out being put on Ambassador south, it reminds me why we need I-49. Another Johnston Street in the making. That is why so many oppose any loop unless it is interstate standards. Land grab project in the end. And look who it is.
It's all about the money.

While that may be true, depending on where they are, will depend on if they have adequate supply due to distribution system adequacy. I don't know the location of the new school so I can't say for sure. If it is between Youngsville and Broussard they probably won't have any problems. South of Youngsville maybe not. I do know they would have never got any approval for the building unless there was adequate water supply both domestic and for fire protection. I would suspect they are placing their own sewage treatment plant if they are within the Youngsville service area as the Youngsville sewer system is maxed out.
Sounds terrible! First off it should of been Youngsville High School, or Caneview High School. Second the mascot should be the Gators, Hurricanes, Broncos, Bulls Pelicans, Rattlers, Moccasins, Oilers or something that has to do wiith Louisiana
Come on have something to do with the city or the area.
Well they have Bulls, and Broncos, Gators, Moccasins and they do get hit by Hurricanes every couple of years. The sharks are reaching, and they screwed up the name by calling it Southside.
