"I have permission" I forgot that one.

Btw, Farmer didn't hire Mark Hudspeth, if you didn't know that.

    I'll answer you question with a question/comment:

If a group of select donors fly to Dallas, pick up AAC brass, take them here to see and experience what we have to offer, lock down some relationships, etc; Then, do the same with university presidents for AAC schools, sell the program, show them the plan (that we don't have), and get on good footing with those men.... And the time comes, and Savoie gets the call for the invite and Savoir accepts (because it's the President that decides)...

What role, out of the ordinary, did SF play? If Jim Harris uses his connections, what role did SF play? Some of you think that all progress is accomplished the same way. Just because Farmer has a name plate and a title, doesn't mean ____.

And before you say "Oh donors would not do that"... It happens all the time. In fact, I know for a fact, out of their own mouths, we have guys ready and willing to do just what I suggested.. This is how things get done.
Then why aren't YOU sitting in the pilot's seat?

Scott and David Walker both interviewed Hudspeth. Scott Farmer's first recommendation was the former Georgia Southern HC, that is now the OL coach at Georgia Tech. Walkers first recommendation was Mark Hudspeth. Feel free to ask David Walker, it came straight from him.

We have a chance to enhance our revenue capacity by investing in equipment to produce our own broadcasts and he won't move on it...

Leg work is not the same as made the decision.

The boss always gets the credit or bears the responsibility.

A secretary writes the letter, but it is dictated by the executive and thus solely theirs. They may not have seen the final copy with edits but it is theirs.

David Walker gets credit for the hire, but he could not have done it without the secretary, um I mean Associate AD.

I remember Jay putting out the word that a name to watch was Jeff Monken from Georgia Southern. Wonder where he got that from?
