Morgann just cleared 15' 1"!!
That's awesome. Where does she stand right now?
She finished 4th at 15'1". Third was 15'5", second was 15'7", and 15'9" won it.
Unsure on alternate rules, but on a high note, a 4th place finish by a recent graduate means an apparel deal and meets in Europe to make a little cash on the line.. With that said, 3rd place would have meant the same but lot more leverage to negotiate a better deal.
Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns All-American Morgann Leleux recorded a personal-best in the pole vault, clearing 15 feet 1 inch, but finished fourth overall on Sunday at the U.S. Olympic Trials at Hayward Field.
