I take that as in once they actually have the money in hand. How they get that money is the $17 million question. It sounds like they don't know yet. You look back and they showed it on TV for the regional and unveiled it for the country to see. And it appears that behind the scenes, they knew that they didn't have the necessary funds to get the ball rolling. That's major egg on the face on the university. It may not be true, but that's how it appears. And sometimes, perception is taken as the truth.

Actually, Turbine... it seems Mr Harris has really tried to move aspects of fund raising forward, but is being met by some admin resistance. Go figure, right? My source? The same folks that alerted us 3 weeks ago to the fact that the Tigue project is ____ed up.
