I think it is fair to say that the current bust in oil and gas prices has played a major role in the delay in funding for the new stadium. Thousands of workers in the oil and gas business in our area have been laid off, and prospects for things picking up anytime soon don't look very good. There is no doubt that raising money for a new baseball stadium in this economic climate is hard to do. Still, the administration should come clean and put everything out in the open. Most people will be understanding about the delay in funding. It makes no sense at all to remain in a "silent phase". Just tell everybody WTH is going on.

This thread is about what he said in that segment and I heard it clearly. He stated someone dropped the ball in the athletic department. Now knowing who his information comes from 99% of the time, I'm guessing or speculating whom that person might be in the athletic department that he has suggested dropped the ball. So with his statement that someone has dropped the ball, the conversation is directed to the identity of whom may be that person.

That is completely on task sir, but thanks for the lecture. Now I patiently await your lecture to those including Jay Walker that have come on this web site and said people are lying or full of crap. Now you can return to your daily listening habits.

Actually, Turbine... it seems Mr Harris has really tried to move aspects of fund raising forward, but is being met by some admin resistance. Go figure, right? My source? The same folks that alerted us 3 weeks ago to the fact that the Tigue project is ____ed up.
