So what? How about I steer this back on topic.....we know that the Administration won't release a statement on the Tigue until the money mess is completed. Anybody see a statement? No? Then Lemoine still has no NTP from UL in hand. No transparency by UL, no explaination. When the University does release a statement it will be interesting to see the explaination for the lack of funds raised for this project and why everyone thought that the funds were raised and ready to go.....
