Im sure ill be tar and feathered, but was the delay possibly a good thing. If they rushed to demolish, then we are stuck with no stadium at all? If they had any doubt, im ok with delaying demolition....
I guess i woukd prefer a project more like a renovation than a new build so you have something, but i realuze im not an engineer, no neef to tell me the technical reasons why the demo route is better, i can press the i believe button

We are probably lucky lemoine isn't incompetent and farmer was gone, because it wouldn't surprise me if that would have happened but I certainly wouldn't call that a silver lining.
