they were all over espn during the regional saying it was going to 17 and they were ready to go as soon as the supers were over. Now Jay makes it sound like they were surprised by the new cost and that's what is causing this 3+ week delay. Something smells fishy.

So if it's not ready by the beginning of the season, what does that mean? Like will we be playing games at the Tigue?

I do not know why this isn't started either. I just think it makes too much sense.

I must preface this with I have never run a fundraiser and there may be a precedent that you run a "silent phase" first to gather as much of the funding as possible, but I don't see why they can't run concurrently.

So, semamtics or whatever excuse is being used aside, is it my understanding that the actual cost of the stadium went up by $7M since Farmer last checked?? Is that what we're supposed to believe? That's some crazy inflation!

I'm so confused. Wake me up in August or better yet, 2018. I can't handle the truth OR the fiction.

Edit: Wake me up if we make the CWS, Final 4, or the Sugar Bowl next year.

So we never got out of the silent phase, nobody was ever asked for money....and now we don't have the money....and some people don t see a problem with this
