Hard to open a checkbook when it's all silent phases and they don't disclose the amounts collected.

Have you been asked to write a check? I know I have not been, the silent phase appears to be the don't even ask phase. Typical BS from Farmer's mouthpiece.

No but UL always puts in a bid when there is a semblance of UL being in the post season and you would be hard pressed to find someone who didn't think UL would be in the post season this year.

Turbine.....if everything was ready to go they would have had the NTP in hand and delayed to immediately after the super regional.... which was 3 weeks ago.....not this time....they don't get off that easy
