That's what I take from it. He built it up like there was gonna be some adult discussion on what was fact and what was rumors but he was just stuttering and getting side tracked before the first break. Then he comes back with a long diatribe that sounded like he was attacking ragin pagin itself. It came across like he had some resentment left from his rage page good bye tour.

He then made it sound like they were ready to go with the $10 million project but for some reason it just bloomed to 17 overnight and no one expected that but everything is under control and would all be done this year but he doesn't know exactly when it will be finished. No money is being withheld and we should all give more. Oh and he knows all this without talking to the AD for over a month.

The fact that we luckily secured a loan at LAST MINUTE is nothing to be happy about. Yes i'm happy we got it done in spite of T-SLOW and S Fubar but damn it, how could the big picture be over looked? Makes me and anyone with a brain worry about how this University is being ran and makes me cringe about how our ATHETIC DEPT is being run down.

There will be no NTP signed until they have the money... You will see what it looks like when lemoine gets the NTP... You will know. This could still be another week maybe 2... Which will be almost full 5 weeks behind. Depending on the weather we get this summer the grandstand could be finished in the year 2017... Watching baseball in it during the 2017 season is a different thing. Again, Robe made it clear that they were probably going to have to make adjustments if the project went as planned...with 9 weather days and if they started after the regional we were still looking at first couple weeks on road/fabacher. I would also imagine we forfeit any kind of late penalty for lemoine with all this crap. I'm sure there was a deadline start date for that.
