Agree 100% As much as it would suck for Jordan to leave, this is not on Hud.

Yeah. If this were another Broadway situation, where Hud's bringing in a guy with 2 or 3 years to play, then I can understand Davis leaving. But sitting a year behind an SEC guy with 2 years to play after he's gone and nobody but Hud's walk-on son on the roster behind you is a pretty good situation for Davis all things considered. If he wants to leave that, it's on him.

I'm all for Jennings coming aboard...like %100 in favor...I guess I shoulda said I hope the rumor of David is false but if bringing in Jennings makes him leave...he isn't our guy

I didn't take you to mean otherwise. I was just doubling down on the smart move to get Jennings in here for this coming season.

Thanks, completely forgot about Ray. Yes, like you I hope Davis stays. If he doesn't, then Ray will hopefully get his shot. He has a little Gautier feel about him.

And you think Jordan Davis is so great at this because? Munoz and Mike D had a PlayStation offense with Fenroy in the backfield and Mike very seldom threw the football. Anthony Jennings and Jordan Davis were not brought here to sling the ball all over. Driskell threw more yards and TD's in 1 year at latech than all 4 combined at Florida...he was an overrated bust who couldn't hit the broadside of a barn at Florida....+4K yards and 26 TD's in 1 year at tech

Ok yeah you lost me there. I guess that's what Hud did with driskell because We almost beat him when he was with Florida and then driskell bent our team over in the endzome all day when he was at latech...our defense probably went off prior statistics...I guess every team did. I'm not knocking Davis either, if Jennings beats him out its because he is good.

.......A coach's job is to go out each year and recruit guys that are better than what they have,,,if I am not mistaken Robe eluded to this at one time.......obviously in saying better, it includes total team effect!!!
