No combine invite unfortunately. All good. Got 5 workouts scheduled and counting. I'll get my shot. I believe in my capabilities. 🙏🏾💯

Geaux Shawn Geaux
Sometimes when a pro sports draft comes around, a player has no control over who is in the draft. Shawn has done everything he could possibly, even making the national team last summer. Obviously it's an uphill climb, but Shawn, by his tweet, is taking matters into his own hands. It will be what it will be and Shawn is up to the task.
God bless you Shawn and good luck.
Sorry read that completely wrong
If Shawn were exactly who he is coming out for the draft 20 years ago, he'd clearly be in the draft... possibly first round. I think he can work with some teams and get picked up. I just can't see a 6'11" athletic accomplished athlete like Shawn not being seriously looked at. UL gets a lot of tweeners over the years that don't fit the NBA. I see Shawn as one of our best NBA UL prospects of all time. EP surprised me. I thought his lack of shooting skills would leave him out. I think several NBA scouts made hasty judgements of Shawn and hurt his stock. JMO
I think the workouts will be huge for him. Many scouts and organizations are familiar with many of the other bigs in the draft. I think Shawn's lack of agility on the perimeter on defense will hurt him a bit as teams are looking for guys who can guard the stretch 4 and the pick and pop. Offensively, there aren't many available bigs that are more polished than Shawn.
Also have to take into account upside. That is what is making this Skal Labissiere and Poetl high draft picks as Skal looked absolutely horrible for Kentucky this year but is a top 10 pick. What is Shawn's ceiling of potential?
