Yeah, NBA trade requirements are insane. Many times, three teams (or more) are involved. Either way, getting out of Philly may be a blessing for Shawn.

Actually, Philly is on the rise. They've finally put together a nucleus after all those years of tanking to start winning games. They showed much improvement last year even after they shut down Embid.

Shawn made a big mistake last year when he refused to be the Rockets "2 way" player. That designation allows you to be on the NBA roster for 45 days while being in the G league the rest of the time. Ego got in his way there and they cut him.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, I was on the summer league site and clicked on the bulls roster and it somehow went to their full on NBA roster. It had me confused for a minute but he is still on the summer league roster.
