I looked at the All Star Game website and it looks like both venues will be used for different events. The celebrity game, All-Star practice, and D-League games will be in the Superdome, but the rising star, All-Star Saturday Night (dunk, three point, etc), and All-Star game will be in the Smoothie King Center.
