Phase II includes the complete demo of the existing grandstand to allow for a brand new 47,000 SF Facility which will include a new grandstand, new concessions, a club room, press box and 10 new suites. This renovation will bring the total Baseball stadium capacity to 4,570 seats".

Complete in two phases. First two concession deck to serve whatever they serve ready for the 2017 season. Then the stadium ready for the 2018 season which I hope I will be still breathing......
Yeah that's new. With all the buildup over the stadium, if it's not actually completed until 2018, there will be egg on all our faces

I can't see how they would not be able to determine the EXACT amount of money have have for it, where it came from, etc., before giving approval for it. If some of things that have happened or true, then a whole lot people other than SF are gong to be in a lot of trouble. IMHO.
Question for you or anyone with a legal background. Couldn't this project been leveraged with UL Foundation money since we are not separated? I understand the questions of $3 million in actual funds sitting in the project account, but there are millions in the UL Foundation Fund today.

Well, I'm certainly no atty (and I didn't even sleep in a holiday inn last nite), but I don't think that would be possible. Again, I think they have to present to the board exact data: how much it will cost, how it will be funded, etc. I don't think that trying to use foundation money for a baseball stadium would pass the smell test. I know if I had to put my name on the line as saying 'approved' it wouldn't.

In this scenario, certainly seems plausible that money was appropriated, and then... poof..

I've been trying my damndest.. Almost daily for 3 weeks. The boys want the story, they just can't run with it without someone going on record. If Farmer does what I think he's going to do, I may have a pretty substantial contact that WILL go on record. I'm just waiting to press 'send'.
