Here's the question, then. If you're making the call, money is in hand: do you go with the two phase plan on Lemoine's website so that the concessions expansion is done this offseason but it's ready for opening day and do everything else next year, or do you go all-in and do the renovation of the entire stadium this offseason knowing you'll have to play, say, all your February and March games at Fabacher Field in 2017, but it's all done this year?
