TIGUE UPDATE?

I think Farmer's hiney-hole gets hammered severely on this one. We do whatever is necessary to not put this into a 2-phase deal, but the back breaker is NOT ONE SINGLE GAME NEXT YEAR at the Tigue.....NOT ONE due to feet dragging, lying, deceitfulness, incompetence, and an extremely high bar tab at corner bar which cut into the budget (Shirley Temples can add up).

New Tigue will be completed by Feb-2018

We'll likely play 1/3 of the schedule as "designated" home games in Broussard. _____ing CowSchit.

The new fiscal year starts in July, if he isn't gone or moved we know he won't be gone for the 2016-17 fiscal year.

The Baseball Stadium was part of Phase 1 of the Master Plan, or the start of Phase 2? That would be something to ask. If we can't raise money for a baseball stadium, how in the holy hell are we supposed to do it on a larger scale for Cajun Field? Enough is enough. Time to sack the lot of them.

I'm with you.

I have about 25 friends that are STRONGLY CONSIDERING halting their RCAF contributions, dropping extra season tickets, eliminating extra club memberships, declining to do goodwill work for athletic programs, etc.....but you know what?? They wouldn't give a flying _____ about it if we stopped. We wouldn't get one phone call, not one email, not a knock on the door. No one would question it because they are blind bats. We are just minnows and aren't important enough to matter to anything. If they would stop doing all this darn silent phase crud and start sending out pamphlets, conducting open forum meetings on goals, and EXACTLY what amount of money is needed and what needs to be collected we would not be in this predicament.....I'm so freakin mad it's almost not worth my time anymore. I feel like we've been taken back about 20 years. USL'ing this whole thing to death.

This post represents the majority of my group as well. With the economic world shifting around us, I'm looking to branch my business and interests out. As much as it pains me to say it, the money we're spending as donors has become a bad investment. We got tricked by the penny stock guy. In business, you have to know when to cut your losses. At this point, it's just business.

Kind of like how your TV goes out before it should, planned obsolescence, I think what we have in Farmer is planned incompetence. If the guy is a complete boob, incapable of getting half the things we have been promised completed, if this is Savoie's intent from the word go...I see why he keeps him around. It's such an easy out.
