seems the contract was always a two phase project. gotta admit i never heard anything about a two phase project being completed for 2018. never heard on any coaches show, or any guest show with jay or bitter a two phase project.

its almost as though the contract was changed, or maybe two were signed with one taking precedence over the other depending on certain things being met. i do know that over and over again i predicted that the baseball team would not be playing at the new tigue in 2017, surly hope my fears are still not correct. i can only believe it is a money issue or robe would have explained that this was a two phase project.

At the Diamond Club meetings this past season, the building of the new stadium was discussed on numerous occasions. Tony never once mentioned anything about it being a two phased project! He is (was) aware of the fact that his team may very well have to play on the road early in the season more than usual, due to the possibly that construction would not be finished in time for the start of the 2017 season, but he never mentioned once that only a partial remodeling of the stadium would be done in time for 2017.

If true, this is starting to smell real bad!!

Thanks Zeebart. Looking at the Lemoine site, I see now there is something to the whole deal. I had hoped it was not true, but I still am hopeful it gets done. It does sound like the old grandstands will contiunue to stand for another season though. I hope they do not lose Robe in the process of all of this BS.

Whose fingerprints are all over this f-uck up again? Who is his enabler? One thing to remember about the enabler is that FarmerBrown can be his whipping boy.

The average fans only answer is to buy or not buy tickets, and donate or don't donate. If they fail to buy or donate the administration simply will say it isn't important to the average fan, oil boom and bust, etc.

Do you think he even takes that deal? I think it's even money or worse that he would turn it down.
