They wouldn't give a flying _____ about it if we stopped. We wouldn't get one phone call, not one email, not a knock on the door. No one would question it because they are blind bats. We are just minnows and aren't important enough to matter to anything. If they would stop doing all this darn silent phase crud and start sending out pamphlets, conducting open forum meetings on goals, and EXACTLY what amount of money is needed and what needs to be collected we would not be in this predicament.....I'm so freakin mad it's almost not worth my time anymore. I feel like we've been taken back about 20 years. USL'ing this whole thing to death.
This post represents the majority of my group as well. With the economic world shifting around us, I'm looking to branch my business and interests out. As much as it pains me to say it, the money we're spending as donors has become a bad investment. We got tricked by the penny stock guy. In business, you have to know when to cut your losses. At this point, it's just business.

Kind of like how your TV goes out before it should, planned obsolescence, I think what we have in Farmer is planned incompetence. If the guy is a complete boob, incapable of getting half the things we have been promised completed, if this is Savoie's intent from the word go...I see why he keeps him around. It's such an easy out.

Let's not forget how he got hired here. After serving the great metropolis of Troy, AL as an assistant for several years, he was passed over when they needed a new AD. Then he ended up here, and our brainiacs gave him the keys when David Walker basically said he didn't want the job.. And we wonder how we get ourselves into these messes..

Imagine being a supporter financially since 1989, even during the lean years with Baldwin. I'm going to stick it out to see Coach Robichaux get his new stadium. Afterwards, they can stick their RCAF donation where they have put the Alden report.

We had David Walker as an AD in the first place...what in the hell where they thinking? Now...we have a good idea.

Add me to this group, the amazing thing is that I am a charter member of RCAF, but have not received one email from the RCAF. I also make my donation in July of every year and have not received anything in the mail nor a phone call to make my 2016 donation. This truly is a ____ show.

Tony Robichaux will always get my support. Like you've told me, Tony has never once BS'd me, big timed me, misled me.. In fact, he's given the tough answers when they were appropriate and I respect the man immensely. All the complete opposite of my experiences with Farmer, and a few others that have offices up there. Short of handing Tony or Bab a personal check, or product or whatever they need, my money will stay in my pocket. I'm not giving these fools another penny to mismanage.

T, I have reached the point where I firmly believe that we have Pogo'ed this thing. We have met the enemy, and he is us.

We are led by visionless toadies, who value security over accomplishment to such a degree that they actively undermine those who want us to succeed and progress. They know what we are capable of, but they don't share our vision of achieving it.

Our 'leaders' make Neville Chamberlain look like Winston Churchill.

There is nothing they would like better than for UL to be an Eastern version of McNeese; low achieving, low expectations, no pressure to excel, just educate a few teachers to send out to the surrounding communities. Oh, yes; and to know our place.

    Good line Mr. Charlie! lol
It's a curious case. Savoie has done some things that seemingly point to wanting to grow the athletic program. But just like Farmer, as soon as the newness wore off, so did the drive and ambition. The pattern of behavior is easy to follow. Take the TAF comment that Jay made: He basically said, the idea of being a big time private fund (RCAF) was very appealing but when they did their "research" it was found to be impossible. Name issue: Push Louisiana all over the place. Tell your fanbase we are branding as Louisiana in athletics. As soon as they got heat from ULM, BR, etc? Total cave job. APC: As soon as some difficulty presented itself (as projects of that magnitude can do, as they should know by now), what was their answer? Just cut the extras and stay on budget. Thank god for Hudspeth.

I believe at one point or another, their plan was to make athletics successful. I also believe, by virtue of a pattern of behavior, they have lost the gusto that it takes to push through and continue the vision. Adversity presented itself, and Martin Hall did what they always do: tuck tail.

    Yellow belly mother fcckas.

That goes without saying I will always support Tony Robichaux not just because he is a great coach, but also because of who he is as a man. Yes, he has always been straight forward with me, has never fed me a line of BS.

If farmers contract is renewed/extended...you will have your answer and you can pretty much hang it up because you will know exactly where TJoe is not taking this program.

I knew what T-Joe's ambitions were the first time he extended Farmer.
