    No, no, no.

How about the idiots that run this administration present a project, ask for funds, keep public abreast of project and complete when funds are secured.

Why do we have to do their jobs for them?

I wish I had enough money, or could get a group of RP guys to sit down in front of T-Joe and swap Tigue full amount for Farmers job.

I agree people need to be held accountable. Even if they can identify the solutions that's not good enough until converted to results. Big shake up is needed if we fall short. And if we do indeed fall short, well there's those bricks or something else. We have to find a way to get this done.

Why is this suddenly looking like a two phase job? Was it always that way and we just never knew? Is it that way now due to funding issues? Is something else to blame?

It'll be sad if come spring we don't have a fully redone stadium!

It was always 2 phase... The lights were phase 1 and they considered redoing the dugouts but decided to do just the lights. This is good ole spin.... Trying to save face.

The Lemoine page sounds like phase one is concession decks this off-season, and the stadium next off-season.

Yes it does...that's spin... Saving face, that was never the plan... And if it is in fact what it sounds, our fan base got the news "broken" to them by the contractor not the university... How nice.
