I would say reconstructed would be a good way to describe it. I think they did what they did because the old stadium was inadequate in so many aspects that it would have amounted to throwing good money after bad.

I am thinking/visualizing of when the FB stadium is done with the parking garages and the Robe park tieing it all together what a fab place it will be......Robe Park???

Speaking of parking garages etc., whatever happened with the mixed use development (right across Congress from Cajun Field with restaurants, bars and apartments) that was imminent 2-3 years ago?

I dont think that was ever imminent, but was imagineering and future projections. This would have to be hand in hand with the city, so I don't see this going anywhere in the next 10 years.

So you tare down a house. Rip up the foundation, rip out electrical, and plumbing services. You keep the fense, detached garage, and shed. You replace all electrical, gas, plumbing, pour a slab, frame it, new air &heating. New facade, roof, new fixtures, walls flooring.

You decide to sell it. I don't know about you guys, but I'm listing it as new construction, new home.

So they're cleaning the mortar residue as they move down. I'm still seeing a lot of white residue. Is this just being overly concerned? Is there going to be a final cleaning? Maybe it's less obvious live than on a iPhone.

Probably just hitting some of the big stuff. They will typically do a final cleaning with a mild acid solution and on a job like this I would expect them to apply a sealer.
