The eventual green park between the Tigue, APC, and Cajun Field would be nice. Or an eventual indoor hitting facility. Best would be new offices that house our athletics administration. Whatever it is, it needs to be something that a lot of people will use for a long time.
Our pitchers and players will feed off the crowd as always. The facilities will only add to that (here's hoping they're not a distraction lol). Seriously, I'm sure our guys will be fine, it's their home. Some opposing pitchers will be intimidated I suspect.....perhaps only for an inning or two, which may be all it will take.
Rain has shut down most of the masonry work for today. Good chance of rain early next week as well.
Brick masons and steel guys working today.
Rigging scaffolding along wall facing close up camera.
Looks like they are trying to reach the top of the openings on the second level today.
Went by this afternoon. Lot of people on site today. Masonry work continues in all areas but third base line is well ahead of any other areas. Didn't see any actual seats in place yet.
