I forgot the view from the bull pen in the earlier photos.
Brickwork has started but I don't expect it to be anywhere close to finished for the first game.
Based on what I am seeing I do not see an issue with being able to meet the March 3rd deadline for occupancy...... Grandstand is coming along nicely and the seat installation will go quickly. Ingree/Egress cement pours are already happening and I believe most underground work is finishing up for the rest of the placements to happen.
With that said understand what I am talking about. We will have ability to sit and watch a game in the grandstand and bleachers. Anything beyond that will be a bonus. Don't be surprised with temporary bathrooms and concessions. With that said keep in mind temporary bathrooms would be equal too or better than the old Tigue and half of the concessions were already temporary.
So enjoy the ballgames!!
The objects evenly spaced on the wall are brick ties. The first row of bricks is the one that takes the most time. If it is not straight and level then everything else will be off. In brick work you have to finish where you start. In this case it is not that critical because the entire envelope is not clad in bricks. But in order for it to look good it has to start correctly. Depending on the crew, they should be able to get close to a story a day. They can't go too fast and put too many courses on in a day because the mortar needs time to set up. The weight of the bricks above may cause the fresh mortar to fail if they place too many bricks in one day.
Bathrooms will be ready for 1st game
House that Robe Built.
I forgot they finally posted a new set of pics on the FB page
