Look, it will be a night mare on March 3 for seating. If I were to guess, the Grand Stands will not be ready for seating. So forget about sitting there. I have. Will get there early to get a seat in the bleachers. Don't think they will have temporary bleachers in the outfield. If they were they would be setting them up now are getting ready. They have one month left before the first home game and they have a lot of cement to pour and chair backs to get in place. I took them three weeks to put the chair backs a Lamson park. Let's hope I can delete this post for being wrong.

Reading it seems that I am the only one that is not to optimistic about it being ready for seating. But if it turns out that fans will be sitting in the grand stand on March 3rd at general admission, great. We are optimistic because it seems that Cajun90 spoke to someone in the know and got a fairly detailed update on the status, which he posted yesterday. It's not just wild speculation

How will the players get to the dugout? I guess through the space between the new grandstand and the bleachers.

It would be nice to dig out a pathway from the back of the dugout under the bleachers directly into the locker room, like you see in MLB ballparks.

There will be plenty of room to access the dugouts. Really won't be different than before since that area hasn't really been touched.

@Cajun90 Do you happen to know how the box seats will be configured? I'm interested in the 3rd base side near the former Vic's Peanuts hut and coaches family seating area. Wondering how seating will shake out. Thanks

There are no more boxes. They are sections of seats like the grandstand, rows of 12 seats.

So the grandstands go all the way to the backstop? I'm hoping my seats (3rd row) are raised up to the top of the dugout. I might be in another row, for all I know. The old box seats close to the dugouts had blind spots blocking the view of outfield corners.
