Runner install is 1/3rd or better. Roof installation is 75%.
Timeline remains about what I expected. Hopefully it holds true.
I saw they wer just about finished with the Densglass installation this afternoon.

There is a lot of work to do.
A few updates. The roof will hopefully be finished tonight on the main grandstand.
Grandstand runners should be in place no later than early next week. That will allow them to move the crane and other equipment off of the field. Riser and chair installation is easy and should move along quickly.
Chairs are a dark gray with red runners on the sides and drink holders located on the back of the chairs.
They are concentrating on getting cement poured. That is the critical path to getting occupancy for the third. We definitely need dry weather to get that finished up.
There is no plan C. No temporary bleachers etc. We are either sitting in the grandstand on the 3rd or we have major problems. They are on track to make it happen though.
Will be a lot left to accomplish after the 3rd and probably won't see it 100% complete until close to the end of the season.
