Outside of third base section is black now. I'm thinking next is windows in those openings that get them. Then exterior finish. Either brick or stucco. Today is the last good day for this week as rain is coming in. I suspect that they can work on interior spaces on the first to third levels though.

Noticed yesterday that most of the exterior arches will be open but the one above the current opening on the third base side looks like it's covered by the DensGlass.

Yeah those entrance areas look to be stucco on the renderings. The other arches are windows

I figured that would be happening soon. I saw a crew preparing the window sills this afternoon.

What would be the hold up on the roof? Seems like that would speed things up and allow them to do interior work on days like this.
