Well Boomer one of two things here....either your SIL is wrong or you are going to be extremely disappointed in the new Tigue since construction will be similar. That is to say steel supports with pre-cast concrete.

Today structures of this size are never cast in place. Labor costs are too high. You can get a better quality concrete because it is cast in a casting yard. Production can happen quicker because the weather is not a factor. The two new parking garages on campus are this type of construction.
Where's the "Preparation Cam" at Fabaucher Field? I think we should have a split screen view of both fields as they move toward their epic shared roll in Cajuns Baseball history.

----Damn and you almost had a Happy Friday---left out the rest of your post----You're right, for once again you have shown how correct your posts have been!----So is this what the Russo will look like and be built like? Don't get me wrong, I do think that their facility is nice---but I love our sketch!!!
The Tigue construction is only 5 days a week, 7.5 hours a day. Start at 8:AM, lunch 12 to 1:PM, work 1:PM to 4:30PM..........They may be milling around before 8:AM getting their work assignments. Just what I observed.
