I've heard the same number but last time I had a conversation about it there were a lot of variables. Really don't have any idea of current cost estimate or status.

Hopefully there will be some kind of ceremony and open house and maybe a special viewing for RCAF members when it's done. I regret not being able to tour the indoor facility went it opened.

I'll be very surprised and disappointed if this doesn't happen.

Locker room, lounge, bathrooms, showers, coaches offices, meeting room, training room, equipment storage, etc....thatll could eat up 10,000 sq. ft quick.

I would suggest indoor cages/bullpen on 1st floor. Clubhouse and offices on 2nd.

And a roof deck for lease to replace Lourdes park. Add some right field decks around the pines with all of them catered by local restaurants who just happen to be baseball sponsors and you have a perfect setup. Unless it's three story with the coaches offices on there with balconies on the second and third floors with views of the field and stadium. You could probably lease those for football as well and raise a little more funding.
