They have set the perimeter form for the Slab on grade in the area immediately adjacent to the camera. I would suspect that it is set on the section to the left of the project also. They are placing granular base for the slab also.

I think what will happen is that we will start utilizing it once they get occupancy approval for the general stadium seating which includes all the items mentioned previously.

I wouldn't be surprised if the suites are not available for occupancy at all this year. It's easy enough to separate those out from the rest of the facility and move forward.
While i am not familiar with the plans it sounds like this could be a good option.

The rebar grid is in place for the back half. It looks like they will pour/ place the back half first as the front half is not formed or packed yet.

Either way, "visible" progress will start to speed up

The camera angle says yes. But will they do it today. Haven't been to the park lately. Is it ready for a pour from the clubhouse to where the camera shows?

It depends on if they can get a pumper truck, finishers and concrete on the job today.

I suspected that as they try to do concrete placements early in the morning so they can do the finishing in daylight. I would think they would be starting about 3:00 or 4:00 tomorrow morning. and be completed with the finishing before noon. Since this is not a very large placement I thought they might want to try for today.

Again, has anyone been to the park and can confirm that the cement pour will be from the clubhouse to the camera view.

Has anyone else noticed that the footprint doesn't seem to match the renderings? The renderings show an angular exterior while the foundation seems to be a continuous curve. Perhaps it's an illusion with the wide angle lens.
