Why don't you call in and ask Bab during the 11 AM hour show on 1420? Or just post the question in here: https://forumeus.com/...ner-quot-w-Bab
I'm sure he can explain why they're doing what they are doing

I know you probably aren't aware of the details but I can assure you the "options" were going to be way worse for athletes, fans, and budget.
We would either be at Fabacher with too many problems to even count or we would have been skipping all around the state for "home" games. McNeese one weekend, Hammond the next, then maybe New Orleans.......
I really don't understand your stance. 100% of the grandstand, bleacher and patio seats will be available, the restrooms will be available, and we were using temporary concessions around the old Tigue already. There are about 100 people effected by the suites. A luxury that didn't even exist up until this point.
I agree here. Should have electricians, plumbers, wall and floor people on the forth floor working to get that ready right now. They may have, but don't hear anything about it other than next year. That section is revenue. Should be ready for post season 2017, not 2018
Nobody said they were stopping work. It's just that it won't be completed 100% until later in the season. The suites will be the last thing finished that the public will use. They won't be availavle for a full season until next year.
There will be seats, there will be rest rooms and there will be temporary concessions. Everything else is going to happen later on the season. It may not be 100 percent until post season.
Even with just the rest rooms finished it will probably be better than the old stadium. Never been to the old stadium but from what i can tell the rest rooms were a dump.
Considering the fact that I routinely used the Port-o-lets under the bleachers and only stepped foot in the old restrooms about 2 or 3 times a season, yes they were a complete dump. For men, we don't need anything other than the Port-o-lets to be happy... I could see the women complaining though if they don't have completed restrooms haha.
I've heard both sides on that. Some said would be later in the year once suites were done, but I dont see why that would need to be since the suites are now sold out. I'd imagine there will be a trial period over the first month or so where you can get an idea of where you'd like to be if you were to move then they will go through the permanent seating process.
Grandstand not sold out. I know somebody (general public) that called and was told there is availability in the grandstand.
